USES :
Yttrium oxide is the most important yttrium compound, yttrium oxide can system special glass and ceramics, and used as catalyst. Mainly used for manufacturing microwave with magnetic material and military with important material (single crystal, yttrium iron garnet, yttrium aluminum garnet and composite oxide), also used for optical glass, ceramic material additives, big screen TV with high brightness fluorescent powder and other tube coating. Also used in the manufacture of film capacitor and special refractory, and high pressure mercury lamp, laser, storage element of bubble material. Yttrium oxide used in all kinds of fluorescent material, high quality refractory materials, ceramic pigment, synthetic gems laser crystal, superconducting materials and electronic industry.
