CAS number : 13721-39-6
Molecular weight :
Molecular formula/chemical symbol :Na3VO4
Description :
White powder, melting point 850-866 ℃, soluble in water. Shallow white transparent needle or hexagon edge shape crystal, color and water of crystallization related, in the air, easy weathering after water is white, it is easy to dissolve in the water, solution is alkaline, insoluble in alcohol, melting point 866 ℃, soluble in water will happen after the reaction: Na3VO4 + H20 = 2 naoh + NaVO3 is vanadic acid sodium, is a kind of commonly used phosphate enzyme inhibitor, can restrain alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, protein tyrosine phosphatases and phosphatases. In the acidic conditions, such as pH3.75, can form ten vanadate. Is sodium vanadate soluble in water (100 mg/ml). To ensure that the monomer form, can be solution heating boiling to translucent, and to adjust PH to ten or so, wait for after cooling subpackage in plastic bottles of cryopreservation.
USES :
For industrial gas desulfurization decarburization, corrosion inhibitor, pharmaceutical industry, camera industry, ink manufacturing printing and dyeing and plants such as inoculation.
