Description :
1, colorless to white crystal or crystalline powder, anhydrous or 1 to 12 molecules of water of crystallization, odorless.
2, soluble in water (28.3g/100mL), insoluble in ethanol. Deliquescent in dry air weathering, to generate sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate. In water and is almost completely decomposed to disodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium hydroxide, a 1% aqueous solution pH of 11.5 to 12.1.

Used as a water softener and detergent in chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, paper, power generation and other industries, boiler scale inhibitor, metal rust remover, juice purification agent, rubber latex coagulant, as well as fabric mercerizing enhancer .
