Guangxi Nongken Mingyang Biochemical Co., Ltd., a major state-owned enterprise affiliated with Guangxi Nongken, has a laboratory building and supporting infrastructure, along with a well-developed system for managing the industrial park in the Mingyang area. These facilities and the well-developed management system enable the company to provide premises suitable for scientific research and pilot-scale testing.

Following the signing of the agreement, Guangxi Titan New Materials will renovate and reconfigure the leased facility, coordinate equipment delivery, and complete the necessary filings as planned. The company will strictly comply with work safety and environmental protection requirements and develop a high-quality R&D platform.

Guangxi Nongken Mingyang Biochemical Co., Ltd. will ensure the handover of the premises and the provision of necessary support services and facilities within the industrial park. The newly leased facility will further strengthen the infrastructure for new materials R&D in the Mingyang area and foster the growth and clustering of the new materials industry in the Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone.
